Sunday 24′th Training

Morning all,

I’m afraid the forecast for tomorrow is terrible.

I’ve left it as late as possible, but there will be no training tomorrow, due to the forecast for gale force winds and low cloud. I don’t think it would be a very pleasant day.

All The Best,
Gary W

Sunday 24′th of March

Evening All,

The forecast is not good for the weekend, but it’s too early to make a call on training.

Let’s hope for a window in the weather, so we can go ski powder.

Please let me know if you’re child intends to train, so I can have an idea of numbers (child’s name too please)

Cheers All, Gary W

A flavour of the fun races last weekend. Lots of fresh falling in Alford today, and a foot of powder with more forecast daily in Meribel! Roll on the weekend …

Final Fling Fun Race, Sunday 17 March

Evening All,

The Gordon’s Coaches would like to host a fun race, for all members, next Sunday.

The focus will be on fun and the format will be simple enough for everyone. The idea is to have fun and to allow the kids to show off a little.

If you’re up for it, then please send James a mail.

Also let me know if you’ve any ideas you’d like to see on the day.

We’ve had a really successful year, so please encourage the kids to come along and talk race with each other.

As usual, at the end of a season, we have the change in age groups to tackle so we will let all the kids know who will be moving and take the opportunity to explain to parents what racing is about and how to get on board if you’ve never raced. The scene is very buoyant and lively just now and the competitions are a great day out (if a little cold sometimes)

Also, just because the Winter race season will end soon, it doesn’t mean the races are over. We can describe to you the Summer race season, indoor and outdoor.

See you all Sunday, Gary W

Training on Sunday 3′rd March

Morning All,

Training will be on this weekend at the Lecht as Normal. Even though we have some skiers racing at the Glenshee Skier Cross, this race is not open to all, so training will be available for all others at the Lecht (usual 9am start)

Race support is also available at Glenshee.

See You Sunday, Gary W
